Your Rising Ritual
Recommended Daily Morning Practice from the Earth Temple
A Rising Ritual is recommended in all spiritual traditions. With all the practices we share, this ONE is a non-negotiable if you want to create an inner state of joy, peace and love, and also effect your external world in an integral, loving & impactful way.
It the most POWERFUL tool to initiate our day with INTENTION.
A Rising Ritual (also called a morning practice, sadhana, etc) support us navigate our inner reality, which in turn creates everything.
To ROOT into who we BE, and how we can show up in our full love, full power, full compassion and full joy, thank e get to have a ROOTINE that begins with a Rising Ritual.
1. Begin with Prayer
This can be a simple, Hello Universe, It’s me….
The flow of a prayer is:
Introduction/ Invocation - who are you speaking to? The Universe? Divine Mother? God?
You get to choose!Gratitude - Say “Thank you” to whomever you are sharing this energy with. This can be a list, or just a general “thank you” for life!
Supplication - make your requests for the moment, day, week year etc.
Gratitude - say thank you, again!
Closing - Amen, Ameen, Aho, Asé, H’osha, and so it is! Trust that this closing SEALS the prayer and opens your heart to the creation now.
2. Meditative, Intentional Movement:
The 5 Tibetan Rites
This is an incredible set of movements that activate, open, and HEAL the entire body. The following mantras are what we have created for each movement. The corresponding video will give you the instructions for the movements.
The in storm, I am the center.
My core is strong and true.
I am open to the flow of life.
I meet at the table.
I am open to the flow of love.
Begin with 21 completions of each five actions and work up from there!
3. Go INSIDE- Sitting Meditation: The Presence Process
15 minutes, 2x a day minimum
The Presence Process is a self-facilitated approach to emotional intelligence, fluency in spiritual connection, and integration of all past experiences, traumas, and parts of self.
4. EXTERNAL MOVEMENT:
Walk in Nature or DANCE:
5-33 minutes
Getting outside, breathing in the fresh air, getting your bare feet on the earth, or just communing with the essence of the IAM in the 3d form is vital and revitalizing!
