I am here to be in my body.

I call myself a queer, wild wombman who lives, breathes, prays, plays, and was raised on Tongva Land in Southern California. 

I am committed to un-caging the wild one within and creating radically safe spaces for other beings to be witnessed, held, and deeply supported in their unique expression of the WILD.

As a Sacred Activist, I bridge the worlds of social justice and spirituality, intending to stand for and learn more about radical racial justice, LGBTQ+ rights, gender equality, ability equality, environmental justice, and the liberation of every being on our planet.

As a passionate and inspired artist, I channel my fierce emotions, felt sensations, and stories of the human experience into spoken word poetry, music, dance, and theatre.

As a Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis Warrior, I have and continue to marinate in the medicine of the “dis-ease” in my body, discovering treasures in the muck and transmuting my mess into my message. It is my joy to offer guidance and exchange wisdom with others on the powerful path of thyroid healing.

As a Womb Witch, I love and honor the ebbs and flows of my menstrual cycle and activate other wild womyn to come home to their womb spaces, their yonis, and relax into the full power of their pleasure.

As a humble student of The Earth Temple, I am reminded again and again of the bliss in surrendering to my bare feet in the dirt, a full breath of air filling my entire body, a sip of spring water fresh from the source, and the sound of my tribe singing around the fire.
